This is a fun beer, thanks Mike! A sour cherry nose, Chocolate covered cherries jumped out first, then some brett, along with a porter like taste. Another one time shot beer. Too bad these are not around all the time. bhops (433) - Dallas, Texas, USA - NOV 6, 2010

(750ml bottle). Pours cloudy brown with tan head. Some carbonation and awesome lacing. Aroma of sour cherries, some caramel, sugar. Taste is sour with some sweetness. Getting a little roastyness from the porter component and the sweetness from the dubbel. Medium to full bodied with a creamy texture. Finish is slightly roasty. Pretty unique beer and a success. Aroma: Tart fruits
Taste: Tart fruits, grainy, roasted malts
Bottle drank with the boys. Pours a dark brown/black color with a medium brown head. A sour vinous nose with chocolates. The flavor is indeed like a sour porter; yeasty, chocolates, sour, fruity and smooth. Roasted malts. Good. jsquire (4424) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - OCT 16, 2010
Dark beer with reddish hues when held up to the light. Creamy beige head. Threatening Brett funk nose with faint cherry and dark candi sugar. Flavors of dark cherry, dark funk, and sweet candi sugar. Almost chocolate in the finish. I’m starting to like Brett, and this well balanced beer uses Brett in a nice way. drowland (8629) - Georgia, USA - OCT 10, 2010
10/9/10. Thanks, Coleman! 750mL bottle. Huge boozey sweet aroma with cherries, licorice, and more. Reminds me of Jager... Sweet smokey chocolate flavor that is way better than the aroma leads on. Its liked smoked chocolate cherries. Very nice. smith4498 (3641) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - SEP 28, 2010
Pours dark reddish brown color with creamy light brown head. Aromas of tart cherries, chocolate, bananas, dough and molasses. Sour cherry and roasted malt flavor with some candy sugar and chocolate sweetness. Medium body with soft carbonation and a slight dryness. Tastes like a Belgian cherry stout. An interesting brew.
