On tap at Vancouver Island, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of corn and straw, pretty clean and filtered. Flavour is along the same lines, with corn, straw and biscuity malt. Clean and easy to drink, but now exciting can this be. Boring.

Not bad - cheaper than the macro brews of the same type, and brewed like a craft beer. It shows.

Pours standard for a lager. Aroma is reminiscent of a German-style pilsner - locally speaking, the aroma is similar to a lighter version of Okanagan Springs 1516. Flavor is full, good tangy malt, low-hop presence. Pleasantly carbonated. It’s good, but ironically with beers of this style, I sometimes prefer something I little less full-flavored.

kramer (6908) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 28, 2013
Tap, brewery. Pours a clear bright yellow gold with a small fizzy white head that faded to a thin film. Nose is lightly bready malt with some minimal hops, maybe a touch of corn in here. The flavor is sweet with some corn and bready malt. Minimal to no bitterness. Light bodied, a little clingy, with fizzy carbonation. About average for a Pale Lager, gets a bit more corn-laced the more you have though.

Pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of dme, corn and sweet pale malts with a hint of floral hops. Taste is dme, sweet malts and a little bit of crisp happiness, is what it is.

HeistAlmighty (1156) - Saint John, New Brunswick, CANADA - AUG 7, 2013
Sample from Picaroons Brewers Bash. Pretty standard lager, some boiled vegetable taste and sweet but definitely more flavourful and a fully body than most macros. Hangs well with Alpine as a good regional pale lager.

Pint @ Pink Bicycle. A fine lager. More body than your typical macro lager. Finish is kind of weak.

great lager beer perfect for a hot day. Very light wheat gold in colour, nice taste and good finish. Worth finding

Lagerboy (2239) - British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 1, 2011
Some lagers taste better from the can, and this is one of them.
Standard, easy drinking lagerboy fare, ideal for mass consumption.
It is what it is...

DuffMan (10728) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 26, 2010
On tap at The Podium, Victoria. NFL Sunday!!! Standard lager fare, clear golden, lasting whipped white head. Slightly sweaty grainy aroma, clean grainy palate with a subtle fruit accent. Decent enough for draught in a sports bar.

fullers (269) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 2, 2010
Bottle Roman’s Ucluelet. Pours golden yellow with small white head. Light bodied and thin. Slight sweetness. Ordinary.
