Bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours clear bright copper with a creamy/foamy near white head. Aroma is spot on for sour red/brown. Med body or so. Flavor is moderately sour in a woody way. Lots of fruit, but the sour dominates. In a way it is lush. OMFG! How did I never find this before?

Beer rating #11,000! Delightful clear amber color under a thin light beige head. Fruity apricot and melon and lightly sour buggy aroma with funky esters and wild notes. Smooth flavor with a light citric sweetness and a cool amber malty base with copper malty pale base flavors with apple and melon and apricot tones and a light wild sourness that’s delicate and subdued but super flavorful. Amazing!

On tap at Hops & Pie. Reddish to amber colored appearance with a lingering white head. Aroma of sour funk, red fruit, mild caramel malt, light vanilla and hints of toasted oak. Similar flavor, adding mild to moderate sweetness, mild acidity and a light sourness. Light to medium body with soft carbonation, a lightly tart puckering mouth feel and a pleasant finish. Nice.

(330ml bottle from Systembolaget) Pours a clear copper colour with a small stable white ring and small lace. Aroma is quite sour and has some lambic-like character, notes of golden raisins, soft brandy, some tart berries, sherry vinegar, quite oaky, caramel malt, vanilla touches, some cobwebby attic funkiness. Flavour has high bright acidic notes, softly fruity with white wine vinegar, tart gooseberry, grape skin, light caramel, citrusy lactic acid, oak with some vanilla, soft leather, just beyond tart into sour on the tongue, dry in the finish with soft tannin and a bit of dustiness, lingering wine vinegar in the aftertaste. Medium bodied with very soft carbonation, and a little oiliness. Quite nice, feels a little different to the normal one, more obvious grape-like character. Solid beer.

Flaska från SB. Tack Samuel214. Klar rödbrun i färgen med tjusigt smutsvitt skum. Körsbär, hallon, kolaremmar, brunt socker. Även lite gröna druvor och fin fatkaraktär. Inte lika skarp som vanliga Cuvéen. Gott!

Scent of cherry and sourness. Very sour taste and a little cherry. Sour aftertaste that fills the upper and front part of the mouth long while. Okay beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.
