OMER. traditional blond is made of excellent summer malted barley from the Loire region (France) and pure water. Almost clear light gold color with a huge (and I mean huge) white head. Aroma is clean, bready, spicy, and zesty. Taste bready, herbal, and a touch metallic. High carbonation.

At a tasting, thanks, slightly gushing bubbly head, clear and a touch dark yellow color, aroma of vanila and candy with a bit of fruit, flavor of fruit and candy, light bitterness. Fair and drinkable but nothing too exciting.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Lior. Clear water-like yellowish with big white head. The aroma has notes of yeasts and grains. Sweetish and bitterish flavor with notes yeasts, grains and black pepper. Medium.

Приятный солодовый запах. Цвет точь в точь как у лагера. Вкус достаточно мягкий. Чувствуется солод, немного европейского хмеля. Пиво весьма плотное. Слегка ощущается алкоголь.

CanCrusher (1189) - Ilirska Bistrica, SLOVENIA - DEC 13, 2017
Bottle 0,75L. Courtesy of Gregor. Clear, golden color with big creamy, fully lasting, white head and lively visible carbonation. Aroma of white vine dominate, but there is also fruity note in the background as well as some coriander. Taste starts slightly acidic and vinous, while finish is gently bitter and fruity. Medium to full body, oily texture, lively carbonation. P.S.: This beer was 1,5 year over date of exp. when I rated it.

Decent and deceptively strong blonde Belgian (French?) ale. A little close to the edge of the style of beers that I enjoy. It’s good, very good, but I find myself hankering for an Affligem or a Bruges Zot instead. Bottle acquired from Carrefour, just outside Bruges, and drank at home.

yaff (102) - la fontalaye, FRANCE - DEC 5, 2017
à la maison. Bière belge à fermentation haute, relativement peu sucrée voire légèrement acide. Pas mauvaise mais pas révolutionnaire non plus.

wilde_joost59 (379) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - NOV 17, 2017
Uit flesje 33cl. Geel van kleur, licht. Weinig aroma. Smaak valt een beetje tegen, gezien de abv van 8%. Aardig, maar niet heel bijzonder.
