Draft at Dutch's. Pours a clear apple juice color with a few bubbles. The aroma and flavor have sweet apples, light ginger, very light peach, not a fan of most ciders and this is no different. Msdrbeat (785) - East Lansing, USA - MAY 14, 2017
Canned at Tin Can. Smells like straight up apple juice. Ginger is subtle as is the peach.

Aroma is ginger, peach and slightly medicinal. The flavor is peach, apples, ginger and a tart/slightly medicinal finish. justkoehn (173) - Michigan, USA - SEP 15, 2016
Appearance resembles more ginger. Ginger overwhelms aroma. Ginger sits in the mouth, then peach then hint of apple finishes. Very good cider.

This pours a pale yellow color with a slight head. The aroma is slightly sweet with hints of ginger and peach. The taste is mildly sweet with decent flavor from the ginger and peach. It’s an interesting flavor but it does take a little getting use to.

Sample at Vander Mill on 1/30/16. Clear blanc pour with no head, but bubbly and effervescent from the bottom of the glass. Aroma of apple juice and ginger; not much peach. Ginger and apple flavor with a tart, dry finish. Once again, not much peach. patrick767 (4474) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - NOV 29, 2015
can - Pours clear light yellow. The aroma is of ginger and apples. The flavor is more ginger, tart apples, and as ciders go it’s on the dry side just like the other Vander Mill ciders I’ve had. I’m not getting any peach. hayduke (5732) - Eureka, California, USA - NOV 8, 2015
Can from Strykzone. Poured yellow with a thin white head. Gone quickly. Nose of ginger peach and apple as befits the name. Medium body. Flavor is as aroma and the finish is dry. Quite good actually. arminjewell (9729) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - OCT 29, 2015
Pour out of 16 oz can, clear straw yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of ginger, apple peel, white wine, hints of spice notes with a touch of yeast. Taste was a mix of very slight peach, more ginger, spice, touch of apple, bitter peel, some white grape, finishing dry. FROTHINGSLOSH (8308) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 20, 2015
Sampled from a 16 oz can this cider poured a yellow-gold colro with a trace soapy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was tart and crisp apple with a hint of ginger. The flavor was dryish and very tart with sour apple, ginger and barely any peach. Long finish. LIght body and undercarbonated. Disappointing.
