Draft on tap at the brewpub (Spring Lake, MI). Pours a pale straw hue, decent haziness and mellow champagne glow. Loose bubbly white head atop dies to a small ring, laces small. Aromas are a bit of flaked wheat, touches of yeastiness and faint coriander. Apple cider, red apples and a bit of citrus permeate. Gentle, a bit dry but complex. The Wit elements come out well. Initial has just a touch of body, tart sweet cider is gentle, a mellow yeastiness and dryness play well with the Wit elements. A bit of citrus, coriander and dry yeastiness meld. More tart green apple elements into the backend with some lingering coriander as we taper out. Finish is a bit tart, gentle lemon and coriander, dryness stick on the palate. Nice stuff, I think. Really straddles the styles well with nice Wit elements while still remaining true to the Cider beneath. b3shine (9154) - Indiana, USA - MAY 3, 2014
Draft to taster. Looks solid; a transparent xttremely light gold with white lacing. Smells solid too; a nice, dry English apple cider presence. Tastes like it smells, but not as balanced. Average on the palate with a very tart, fairly dry mouthfeel. Solid, but tart, and smells better than it tastes. jayzz (480) - Illinois, USA - MAY 2, 2014
Musty apple aroma and cloudy yellow color. Tastes like a bitter apple with a long fizzy finish. lana5 (62) - Canton, Michigan, USA - APR 13, 2014

On tap at the Vandemill Cider Mill. Ultra clear cider yellow with no head. Aroma picks up yeast and a bucket of apples with a mild spice backer. Taste of apples, light spices and yeast with a dry finish. 3fourths (9358) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUL 2, 2012
draft. clear pale yellow with medium effervescence. musty malo bacteria nose; fizzy and coarse carbonation; soda-like with mild sweetness and mild must, mild acid and little flesh. comes across like a an indistinct fruit / pear / apple / grape soda, to be honest. rumproasts (6035) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - JUN 23, 2012
straw with minimal head. slightly sweet, lacking any substantial tartness. dull flavor. seems pretty muted for a cider. DrnkMcDermott (3141) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - JUN 2, 2012
Draft taster at Bavarian Lodge, May 24. Very light color, slight yellowish haze in the glass. a light cider nose overwhelmed by the German sausage platter the lady next to me is eating. First sip has some Juicy Fruit to it. some orange peel. I was expecting a coriander from the wit yeast, but it’s barely noticeable. The apple taste is pretty light, contributing to a very light mouthfeel. You could easily down a lot of these before you knew what hit you. Very light fizz all the way to the end. deyholla (12315) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAY 19, 2012
On tap at Jerry’s. Pours a near clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a light sweet pear and apple note with a backing light wheat note. Flavor has a light pear note with some bitter apple with a bit of a musty wheat backing. Very drinkable.
