COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This cider was specially made for a draft customer in Grand Rapids, MI.. We are using over 4 lbs. of homemade cinnamon roasted pecans in a 30 gallon batch of this limited edition cider to bring you Totally Roasted. You will notice that soaking pecans in cider brings a unique texture and taste to the drink. We use cinnamon and vanilla during the roasting process and follow that up by adding whole cut vanilla beans to the cider. These subtle tastes certainly make this a cider all its own.

This thing is crazy! I opened it up, and it sounded like clicking inside the bottle. The bubbles were so lively in a champagne-style that they made a pronounced noise. 750ml, not a can.. Light straw yellow with an almost pear-like aroma. Cinnamon applesauce notes but the nuts are lost on me. I am sensitive to vanilla, so either this is very light or none at all because I dont get that extracty thing. Mouthfeel is overwhelmingly carbo, the fizz interrupts the flavor and makes it exceedingly light. There is a tartness on the front of the tongue, but the overall reminder of tiny applesauce cups in my school lunch is really all Im left with. Drinkable, but not worth seeking out (unless you love what Im saying here)

16oz can. A pretty cool Cider. Dry, medium bodied. Pale yellow body. No real head. The aroma is quite unique...cinnamon, vanilla, pecan. Not in line with an Ice Cider or something of that magnitude, but quite an enjoyable beverage.

On tap @ Eataly Chicago. Very pale yellow, fine carbo. Spicy tart apple with sweet toasted pecan undertones, nuances of vanilla and spices. Finish is bone dry. Quite delicious!

Sampled from a 16oz can this cider poured a yellow-gold color with a small foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was apple flesh and a hint of vague spices. The flavor was vanilla and cinnamon followed by apple flesh. Medium length finish. Medium body. Ok

Pours a yellow color with no head. Aroma is apple, cinnamon, and some vanilla. Flavor is cinnamon and tart apple. Has a dry, soft mouthfeel. I dont really get much from the pecans, but I have no doubt they add something to this tasty cider. Nicely done.

16 oz. can, consumed on 6-10-16. Pours a very pale straw to greenish yellow. Highly translucent liquid. Very small amount of short-lasting, beige head. Highly bubbly. Its hard for me to judge the appearance of ciders. Floral, juicy, honey smell. Light aroma; I wish it were stronger. Lightly tart flavor, like watered down white vinegar. Definitely apple. Light body. Not very substantial in the palate. Overall, not a bad cider, but, like most ciders, it doesnt exactly exude substance or complexity.

This pours a very pale yellow color with a decent amount of carbonation. The aroma is full of apple and a very small amount of cinnamon and vanilla. The taste has a nice apple base with a tasty spice flavor. A very interesting cider.

12 oz. can I came back from GTMW with. Very clear yellowish. A little carbonation floats up but no foam. A nice spice effect here. Light cinnamon and nuts along with something buttery. Apples are almost in the background and are semi sweet. Just a hint of vanilla. Alcohol is not tasted.

My first cider. Aroma is cinnamon, apple, vanilla. Appearance is like apple juice, white head, pale yellow. Taste is cinnamon and apple, light vanilla and pecans. Mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing, really nice. Overall, this is perfect for an Autumn day.
