Dark brown with small off-white head. Brown sugar, roasted malts, dried prunes and raisins, cocoa, yeasty, in the middle a light soapy and metallic weird taste, but quite fades into a nice herbal bitter finish. Medium bodied. Nice brown beer, pleasantly unconventional. I'm quite into this brewery.

Raisin, cinnamon aroma with hints of chocolate, cola and molasses. Brown, beige head, good lace. Roasted, sweet, some dark fruits, herbal. Medium body, lightly warming. Flavourful but a bit too much of the roasted malts in my opinion.
Bottle Conditioned, 750ml Cage & cork. Dark brown with ruby highlights and cream head. I have been very impressed with the beers from this French Micro, and this proved no exception. Dark roasty flavours from a chocolate malt, a touch of sweetness, but not over the top, some spiciness. I had this with my Christmas meal and it was an excellent compliment to Goose. Good stuff.
