60minuteman (1679) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 28, 2017
Draft sample at Iron Hill Belgian fest. Clear gold pour some simple white head and lace. It’s of wheat, lemon, spice, floral. Light body. Easy drinking. Malt and berry hop finish. Nice stuff.

On tap at the brewery. Poured a slightly hazy golden color with a small foamy white head. Aroma of bread, yeast, light citrus, and hints of banana. Taste of grain, lemon, yeast, hints of clove and banana. Pretty solid golden!!

Hazy straw yellow body, medium sized white head, spotty lacing. Lemon, light cereals, some yeast spice. Relatively balanced and mellow profile. Medium bodied, appropriate carbonation, finish is a bit prickly.

Pours clear golden with small white head. Nose is full of cracker. Taste starts with strong clove... Addition of lemon and malt. Body is amber. Booze is warming and rough around the edges.
