COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Vedett, a blond, light, well hopped premium beer with 5.2% alcohol content, is the cult Duvel Moortgat beer today: following its birth in 1945, it quickly acquired fame and recognition within an intimate circle of insiders in the Antwerp-Brussels region. But do not think for a moment that this oldtimer is thinking about retirement, quite the contrary. For the past years, Vedett has been going through a second childhood in a number of trendy cafés located mainly in big cities. The secret of its charm? A retro-look, a capricious taste, Vedett-allure and the "golden touch" of the brewery. These past years, the brewery armed Vedett with an innovative, hip, young and slightly absurd image. A successful strategy, especially with the youth: Right now, you'll find Vedett in Belgian Delhaize supermarkets and most Flemish cities as well as in Brussels. And the follow-up to the story? You can read it at www.vedett.com.

Best Belgian Pils if it’s up to me. Nice aroma, good white bubbly head. Ideal for a hot summer day.

great lager, very refreshing summer beer from the Duvel house. Light with citrus aroma.

My favourite pale lager! Clear with white head. Sweet malt, mild taste, not bitter. Thin body ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Quintessential Pilsener in my opintion. Smells really crisp, has a pleasant grainy-hoppy taste. More carbonation than usual. It just looks a tad anemic.

UPDATED: MAY 12, 2016 Draft. Clear gold. Fluffy white head. Clean crisp refreshment. Lovely grassy hops. Just enough malt sweetness. Really very nice. Underrated.
