(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, amber golden with a dense, off-white head. Sweetish and clean malt aroma. Medium-bodied, a little low in carbonation with clean, malty accents and an edge of caramel. Almost no bitterness. Soft and pleasant. 180907 yespr (44811) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - SEP 21, 2007
50 cL bottle. Pours clear orange with a white head. Aroma is malty, slight grainy. Flavour is sweet malty, slight sugarish. Clear grassy flavour leading into a bitterhops flavour. Malty finish. Decent. fiulijn (20427) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 18, 2007
Blond color. Very ordinary beer, just a sweetish version of a Pale Lager. JorisPPattyn (9929) - Ursel, BELGIUM - APR 1, 2007
Orange-foxy beer, clear, with a medium, collapsing, faint-yellow tinted head. Vanilla & toast initially, greenery and more toast afterwards, even a touch of caramel & arachide. Bit toasted, faint fruity flavours, lemonade-like, giving a lightly sourish impression. Retronasal soft-sweeter with a bit of malts or white bread. Warming up, agian more toast, sweet. Watery texture. Despite little visible carbonation, titillating tonguefeel, CO². That’s going to be the fest! Anybody got a Doppelbock? jonas (7552) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - MAR 14, 2007
Bottle. Deep amber, golden foam. Cookie malt aroma overlaid by some aromatic hops, unfortunately a light papery note as well. Honeyish malt base, sweet and filling, light minerally, subdued bitterness. Mellow mouthfeel. Light herbal and honey exit.

Bottle. White fluffy low and quickly disappearing head. Clear golden body. Sweet malt aroma with a bit of caramel and sinnamon. Sweet flavor of caramel and sinamon and a fair amount of hops resulting in a pleasant and long lasting dry malt aftertaste. Saarlander (1686) - Saarlouis, GERMANY - DEC 28, 2006
Swing top bottle, slightly sweet at the beginning, followed by some light hops, then it seemed to be abit watery, drinkable, but not great. Thanks to MoritzF for the bottle! MrRomero (1976) - Nolanville, USA - JAN 2, 2006
500 ml flip top bottle: poured golden yellow with a large white head. Aroma of grape, a little hops, and some grain. Started off clean with mild hops and grape but by the end, it started getting metallic and somewhat salty. I don’t know what makes this a festbier. Good in the beginning but watch out for the end. MoritzF (9851) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - DEC 27, 2005
(swing top bottle) Clear golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet malty nose with honey. Initially sweet malty, slightly toasted, with a malty and light bitter, hoppy and quite thin finish. Boring and not what I call a Christmas-Beer. pivnizub (10576) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - DEC 9, 2005
Swing-top bottle: Deep golden coloured, big fluffy head, slowly diminishing; (sweetish-) malty nose with a tinge of cardboard and honey; slightly sweetish malty start, becoming slowly drier; faint bitter-sweet flavour; slightly sweetish-malty finish with a tinge of hops from far behind. A weak Fest-Bier, pretty watery for a brew of 6.0% ABV...............!
