(swing top bottle) Cloudy, light-amber colour with a tall and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly ashy wheaty aroma with notes of cloves and hints of banana. Mildly sour-sweet flavour, light bodied with a prickly carbonation. Slim malty base but with present wheaty accents and a light fruit-character; cloves show up towards the slim wheaty and slightly cara-malty finish. Stilewise okay. 07.I.12 pivnizub (10906) - Bochum, GERMANY - JAN 15, 2012
Bügelverschlußflasche: Deep golden, hazy, big and stable creamy off-white head, bready-yeasty nose with a faint yeasty toich; slight sourish-sweetish flavour, light bodied, but very creamy MF; short and unripe bready-yeasty finish with a distinctive touch of vegetables. Not tasty… Grima (2511) - Merzkirchen, RLP, GERMANY - DEC 18, 2010
The beer in glass is beautiful pineapple yellow, medium wheat pours cloudy with a high fine crown. The smell is tangy sourish, subtle yeasty. The beer starts yeasty, sour and minimal dominant fruity. The aftertaste is very mild yeasty, tangy and subtly tart little yeasty, but again very fruity. Astonishing it’s a light bodied wheat with good aromas! Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 6, 2010
It’s unclear, dark golden with a creamy, lasting head. The aroma has notes of wheat, light banana and caramel and the flavour is sweet with notes of light butterscotch, wheat and a touch of caramel. heavy (2911) - Split, CROATIA - MAR 30, 2010
18/03 0.5 l fliptop bottle. It poured hazy paler yellow body with big head. Coriander, banana, spicy weizen aroma. Flavor is weak but fine, yeasty, banana and orange mostly. Light bodied, watery textured with shorter banana finish, only very slightly sweet. Not bad for a light weissbier, but can’t compare to regulars anyway.

Hazy yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head that went away slowly, dusty banana nose with mild hint of spices. Very light taste, wheaty, yeasty, fruity (banana and orange) with mils spicy notes near the end. If anything else, drinkable.
Another one picked up at our only gas station stop during the entire Berlin-Zagreb trip. Yes, that was quite annoying. Anyway, shared with heavy and ogivlado. Brilliant that we managed to find one that wasn’t on Ratebeer! Poured a murky apricot body with a huge creamy white head that went away slowly. Light sweet banana nose, slightly bready, light chewed up bubblegum. Such chewed up bubblegum dominates the (light) taste that’s also slightly creamy. Eh, ok nuff for what it is.
