fidelis83 (2535) - Clinton, Iowa, USA - MAY 23, 2012
Pours yellow-gold with a 3 finger, fluffy bright white head that has great retention and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is full of cereeal grain, floral and spicy hops, a bit of bready yeast and sweet hay. Flavor is more cereal grain, light fruitiness, floral and light spicy hops, a little too much malty sweetness and light planty hops. Palate is light bodied with a lightly creamy entry, moderate strength carbonation and off dry, slightly chalky finish. Decent Pils overall, a little on the sweet and fruity side though.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!

I like this beer. Very bready, lightly metallic, soft, not super crisp but more like a helles. I like the breadiness, especially in the aroma, quite floral, bit soapy. I enjoy it. Thin and quaffable, bit chalky.

Shaney (2423) - Köln / Cologne, GERMANY - AUG 21, 2012
#1100 Was Fredl Fesl da geritten hat? Keine Ahnung. Test vom 18.11.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 6,3,3,3,6,3 - 3,45

Jesterdeal (1986) - Marlton, New Jersey, USA - JUN 13, 2012
Aroma of niagra grape, dates, corn and grain. Pours thin and amber with a decent starchy head. Taste is much more present and grainy. Notes of grapes and triscuts. Sokay.

2.9
coldbrewky (1731) - Hippetown East, New York, USA - MAY 28, 2010
From the swing-top bottle it pours a light yellow with a lively head. Alternating lacing , quaff lines with light lacing in-between. Now looks a light to moderate gold in the glass. Nose of grass and corn. body is light and mild. Not much in the hop department. A relaxing brew after the mowing session.

3.1
prawlie (1701) - Berkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 20, 2011
Fliptop bottle from Beers of Europe poured into a pint glass. Golden lager with little fizz and a shaving cream head if not poured carefully. Very malty aroma, a little overpowering. Malty, slightly bitter taste, better than expected. A hint of nuts and has a certain sweetness. Quite fresh and nice.
