SlackerMads (3646) - DENMARK - MAR 14, 2015
Bottle shared with the handsome MF666. Chestnut brown with a small off white head. Light fruity nose with some brown sugar. Light acidic, medium/heavy sweet, medium bitter. Falls on the sweet side, especially in the finish which is a bit sticky. Notes of brown sugar, light black berries, dark dried fruit, cardboard. Full body, soft carbonation. Ok, but the finish is a bit flat and sweet.

CloakedDagger (3008) - - JAN 8, 2015
Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a head that dissipates very quickly. Amazing aroma of noble rot, figs and syrup - very little yeast. Rich, fat body - very low carbonation. Again lots of syrup and noble rot, sweet decay. Oxidized port wine accents - actually this feels almost like a sweet wine with some late, subdued hops. Warming alcohol finish. Lovely indeed. This is how I want my Belgian style beers. 081115

Clear copper, small offwhite head. Sweet, fruity malt candy aroma. Thick, malty flavour. Honey and caramel.

MiP (16083) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 4, 2014
Bottle, 10.5%. Good dried fruit aroma, seems a little oxidised. Almost clear dark red amber colour. Small unstable off-white head. The flavour is is sweet and vinous with a good caramelly note and a little vanilla. Ends on a papery vanilla note with a good dose of alcohol. Late alcohol burn, pleasant and warming.

yespr (49173) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - OCT 4, 2014
33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy deep amber with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted malty. Herbal and slight spiced. Sweet, caramelish, phenolic and alcoholic. Herbal and roasted dark malty into a roaste dry finish.

3.3
Bamsen78 (5668) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 4, 2014
Bottle @ Wannsinchen / MiP bliver gammel. Pours slightly hazy ruby / copper brown with small off-white head. Clear, sweet aroma of fruit, caramel and malt. Sweet flavour of fruit and caramel malt, interspersed by bitter, hoppy notes. Bitter-sweet aftertaste. Sticky. Drinkable and quite okay but nothing revolutionary. Tastes like a thin Barley Wine rather than a BSA.

2.8
Skinnyviking (9821) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 19, 2014
Bottle at home. Low but lasting white fluffy head. Clear red brown good looking body. Alcohol dominated aroma of malt straw caramel and nuts. Sweet fruity roasted malt caramel flavor with too much alcohol. Low carbonation. Long sweet finish.
