Keg (PInt Shop, Cambridge)
Black, ruby glints, small tight head. Nice chocolatey aroma. Nice roasty taste, a bit milky. Carbonation perhaps a bit high, but otherwise full and smooth. Finish also roasty. Is a bit keggy, alas, but is a solid stout. Aroma in particular was very nice.

Keg at Tilt, 05/02/17. Black with a decent tan cap. Nose is chocolate, light spice, toffee, earthy fruit rinds, dark malts. Taste comprises mellow roast, cocoa powder, chocolate biscuit, toffee, dark fruit rinds, light coconut shreds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent stout.

Keg at The Small Bar, Bristol, Saturday 4th February 2017 Dark brown with a thin light beige head. Tangy porter with caramel, a little watery coffee and some dark fruits tussling with a light but steady hoppy bitterness. Soft carbonation, it’s good but it’s another porter that I have had lately that fails to really excite. A7 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

Pours a dark brown with quite a big fluffy head that settles into a medium tan head. Aroma is mainly roasted malt with hints of coffee. Lots of bitter, fresh brewed coffee in the beer, roasted malts come through a lot more as it warms up. A good stout.
