Bottle from the LCBO. Pale bubbly yellow body. Mild sweet fruity apple aroma. Muted, sweet fruity apple flavour with a tart dry finish. Average palate is pleasantly effervescent. Extremely drinkable, but a bit simplistic at times. I feel like I am under rating it, but thats where the numbers came out.

[740-20071005] 500mL (w/ jerc). Apple aroma has some faint gingery spice. Clear, pale yellow body with a long-lasting bubbly white head and a lot of bubbles. Initially sweet apple flavour finishes dry. Light body made lighter by the bubbles. Nice, repeatable light beverage.

Pale gold cider. Papierowka apple, gentle earthy aroma with sour aromatic character. Neat. Slightly carbonated with sweet gold apple character. Good, fresh organic feel. Clean, good balanced sourness with soft carbonation.

Bottle (750ml). Shared with GregClow, tupalev, DougShoemaker, mds, Radek and others - GregClows bottle. Pretty nice cider - clear pale yellow, some bubbling, wisp of white on top. Simple aroma of fresh apple, fairly sweet with a hint of tartness lingering behind, a hint of cobwebby yeast. Taste follows, fresh sweet apple, a bit yeasty, some sparkling white wine character; thinnish body, but very refreshing on a hot day, lightly syrupy and sticky, lightly carbonated, finishes crisp and not overly sweet - quick off the tongue, but a nice delicate treat.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow cider with lots of carbonation champagne-style. Aroma of light semi-sweet apple is a bit too weak IMO. Taste of sweet apple with a long dry finish. I thought it lack a bit of tart and carbonation is too heavy. Overall, this is a very good cider, very refreshing and very well balance but a tad too much carbonation.

Im with Todd on that one. Gentle champaign body. Extremely fresh apple aroma thrones over just baked bread undertones. It is very sweet, but doesnt feel agressive, somehow as if the carbonation played the role of a balancing dryness at the beginning. Gets drier toward the ends, but leaves an apple skin kiss. Charming rustic character accompanies all along, but is at its best in mid-mouth where you can almost taste hay like flavors, maybe leather and branches even. Fitting palate. Refreshing, farmy, easy to drink.

(750ml bottle) Ah, the effervescence! I definitely like the sparkling ciders more than the still-ciders. The cork popped on this du Minot bottle and a mild, apple aroma filled the room. Nose of very sweet McIntosh apples. Amazingly no sugar is added to this cider during fermentation. Absolutely beautiful, fresh and refreshing flavour. Highly carbonated with a sweet and dry finish. Excellent!

Very pale pour, slight yellow tinge, but almost looks like club soda. Aroma is apples, and cheap white wine. Flavour is tart with apples, and white wine grapes. I cant kick this cheap white wine flavour, but the apples do shine in the end. Not bad, butnot great, ive clearly been spoiled from all the iced cider products ive had.

750 ml bottle from MrManning! Thanks Len! Nose of apples, with a ricey, sake like note; translucent gold with a lot of carbonation, the head recedeing quickly leaving a quarter inch ring around the glasss sides; flavor a combo of sweet and tart appleiness.

750ml green bottle, corked. Poured noisily into a flute glass. Very pale straw shade, clear. Aroma is sweet apple, slightly dusty, very slight vinegar note in the background. Flavour plays between sweet and tart apples, the sweet ones showing themselves jsut a bit more. A light note of vanilla can be found midway through with some bready notes. Dry finish with some lingering tart apple skin notes. Body is full, persistant fine carbonation. Very fresh overall, and very apetizing.
