Perfectly petillant. This was my standby cider when I could buy it easily in bottles. Apple juice flavor, a bit tart and dry.

Very Sweet aroma of crisp apples. Appearance is very faint, nearly clear. Flavor is full and very dry, similar to many Normandy ciders. Over a good taste. Thanks radiomgb for the cider hook-up!

On tap @ Henry House in Halifax. Both the menu and our server said this was a McAuslan cider, but I could find no reference to it on the brewery website. Anyway, I really enjoyed this sobi feel compelled to add it. Im sure it will sort itself out if Im wrong. This presented as nearly clear, with fine champagne-like bubbles. Fresh, beautiful appleskins aroma, full-on Macintosh, bursting out of the glass, hints of spice. Tart, fresh crisp apple palate, no spices on the palate. Gets the salivary glands moving! Dry tart finish. I thought this was an awesome cider!

A light, sweet, flavourful, almost apple juice like cider. Perfect for those who dont like strong or bitter beer/cider.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden straw yellow. A light apple sweetness covers the slightly acidic note at the front. Medium bodied, very fine carbonation. Something odd right away though, a bit of sulfite flavor perhaps. Dry apples, a touch of acid, and a bit of sweetness. Nice enough, and easy drinking and sessionable.

On tap at Irish Embassy, Montreal. Sucked down a couple of these suckers. Tastes like apple juice - surprising that theres more than 2% abv in this one. Solid cider.

Extremely carbonated and clear appearance. Without surprises, but still well done. Very sweet apple taste with tart notes in the middle and very dry finish. Crisp, light and refreshing
