Flavor is crisp, with lightly sweet malts and fine bitterness. Light to medium in body with fine, almost fizzy carbonation. Finishes with crisp, malty sweetness and some earth and hay hops. Crystal clear golden body with a large, white head. Quite strong aroma of Belgian yeast, pale malts and spices. Rather strong flavour of light fruits, pleasant peppery Belgian yeast and alcohol. Light sweet and light bitter taste. Mid-bodied and dry, with a moderate carbonation. A nice one.
