Dark brown, small brown, some carbonation. Smells aceton, berries, candy. Refreshing, tastes burberry, some aceton (which is surprisingly gentle and is intact with the beer, thus a plus), low sourness. Very good.

Bouteille 33cl au Wine More Time, Bordeaux.

Mein erstes saures Bier.

Color reminds me of grade B maple syrup - slightly ruby-colored. Off-white head with larger, coarse bubbles that slide off of the sides of the glass. Balsamic and something peppery on the nose with a fleeting woody character. As it warms, the archetypal grass and "funky" smell begins to develop but never really gains an unpleasant strength. Tastes lightly of balsamic. Tart but very refreshing. Flavor is not overpowering like some other Flemish sours I have had. A bit of unripe berry flavor and some kind of grape or red wine character. Sweet aftertaste that fades quickly. Mouthfeel is good - just enough carbonation to give it a bite and the beer does not "cling" to the tongue at all. Personally, I liked it best below the recommended temperature range. 35F-40F makes for a very crisp taste and muted sweetness while still giving you that up-front sour vinegar character. I would recommend this as a gateway for introducing people to this style of ale. Very nice!

Bottle. Dark red color, small tan head, clear body. Aroma: Wine, grapes, bit of barnyard, some vingear, medium intense, very pleasant. Taste: Low sweetness with medium bitterness. Flavor of dry wine, grapes but it is not astringent at all. Quite sour. Very refreshing, with high carbonation, almost no aftertaste. Very impresive beer, i like it much!

Klarowne, rubinowo brunatne. Słodko kwaśne. Wyraźne czerwone owoce, lekka czekolada, Lekko nagazowane

330ml bottle from Cotteridge Wines, B30. A pleasant drink, a cross between a beer and a wine. Deep red/brown colour. Manages to be sweet and astringent together. Wine-like tang and oak detectable. One for the connoisseur.
