Great beer. Sour and balanced with a nice aftertaste of funk. I would have liked a little more funky Brett character on the palate. Great representation of the style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0,33 l Flasche.

Like a less fruity, less sweet lambic. wonderful amazing brew. Had did a number of times since then a delicious, subtle sour. probably my favorite sour of The three dozen plus sours I have tried so far. flat out delicious ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a dark amber with a decent tan head. Sour, almost to the point of vinegar, but in a good way? It's complex, with sour grapes, malt, and vinegar flavor and general funk about it. Nicely done but not for every day. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle. Pours dark brown with small off-white head. Aroma of vinegar, cherry, fruits. Medium body with lively carbonation. Taste is all the way sour with a hint of sweet. Too sour for my taste.

Bottle. A small but thick eggshell white head on a murky, dark red body. Vinegar, blackberries, figs, sour cherries, fermenting grapes, some malt, sugar. Medium to heavy sweetness, turns slightly astringent. Less sour then what you come to expect from the taste. Slick medium body with pearly, classic belgian carbonation. One of the first sours I've ever head. Still pretty good, but could be a little more dry.

Bottle from LCBO. Under $3. Happy to be able to finally try this. Deep well of flavours here: balsamic vinegar, grape skins, Granny Smith apples, sour cherries, & a slightly cast iron edge. Mouthfeel perhaps a little compromised. Acidic. Cleansing. What a drink this is.
