Deep red brown body, moderate sized off-white head, solid lacing. Nose is vinegar, cherry, wood, light must. Flavor is a modest improvement, less acetic, more cherry, more wood. Moderate body, acetic sourness, lingering finish, mellow carbonation. Not particularly my style of sour--too much acetic character.

Pours cloudy dark amber color. Sweet woody, caramel, floral, spice and plum. Sweet and sticky and sour. Pretty much a great balance if a little too prickly.

Przejrzyste, ciemnordzawe, niska piana.

Bottle. Brown colour, almost no head. Aroma is complex, with black currant, red wine, wood, sugar. First sip is a bit shocking. Medium sour, medium sweetness. Lively carbonation. I wish it wasnt so sweet. Very good.
