Deep red brown body, moderate sized off-white head, solid lacing. Nose is vinegar, cherry, wood, light must. Flavor is a modest improvement, less acetic, more cherry, more wood. Moderate body, acetic sourness, lingering finish, mellow carbonation. Not particularly my style of sour--too much acetic character.

Pours a dark amber with a decent tan head. Sour, almost to the point of vinegar, but in a good way? It's complex, with sour grapes, malt, and vinegar flavor and general funk about it. Nicely done but not for every day. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle. Pours dark brown with small off-white head. Aroma of vinegar, cherry, fruits. Medium body with lively carbonation. Taste is all the way sour with a hint of sweet. Too sour for my taste.

Bottle. A small but thick eggshell white head on a murky, dark red body. Vinegar, blackberries, figs, sour cherries, fermenting grapes, some malt, sugar. Medium to heavy sweetness, turns slightly astringent. Less sour then what you come to expect from the taste. Slick medium body with pearly, classic belgian carbonation. One of the first sours I've ever head. Still pretty good, but could be a little more dry.

Bottle from LCBO. Under $3. Happy to be able to finally try this. Deep well of flavours here: balsamic vinegar, grape skins, Granny Smith apples, sour cherries, & a slightly cast iron edge. Mouthfeel perhaps a little compromised. Acidic. Cleansing. What a drink this is.

Brązowe z czerwonymi przebłyskami. Aromat winny, ciemne i czerwone owoce, drewno.

This legend is an absolute masterpiece. If there is any limit of vinegar I can effort, and over which a beer is tiring (while below which- it’s boring)- this point is here obtained. A complex sourness is delivered, apart vinegar, by apples, subtle cherries. There’s some curious spiciness (on a brown pepper side), some interesting wine and wood astringency. High carbonation suits the total impression. Very drinkable, refreshing. Too much iron, though. Resembles a semi-sweet wine. So good it’s 8 polish zlotych only, wondering how much cheaper it is around the source...

Delicious! Fruity well balanced beer with good acidity. Plum, cherry and raspberry notes with aged balsamic vinegar in the not so distant background.
