Beerhunter111 (23757) - Beerland, GERMANY - MAY 8, 2014
Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig fruchtig, blumig, würzig. Geschmack stark malzig, fruchtig, Gewürze, blumig.

Leighton (23090) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 1, 2012
Bottle at home in London. Pours bright gold with a frothy, white head. Has a rather lovely Belgian yeast aroma with some dough and candi sugar. Flavor isn’t quite as nice as the aroma. Light to medium sweet, some dry dough, yeast, some hay and very light grain. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Sweet finish, light white sugar, straw, doughy bread. Could use a bit more dynamism. Overall decent.

Clear amber with a huge and lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, yeasty and spicy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 150112

Koelschtrinker (22491) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 6, 2011
Herber Antrunk, minimal (!) karamellmalzig, sehr mild, hopfenbitter. Scheint einfach gehalten, warum dies ein Winterbier ist..man weiß es nicht. Test vom 21.12.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: -,10,9,10,-,9

2.3
fiulijn (21522) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 3, 2004
Golden color. Grass aroma, paper, plastic, salame. Strong body, but too grassy, non interesting. Not really aromatic, but at least strong final.
Unexpected bad beer, by Verhaeghe!

harrisoni (19700) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - APR 11, 2006
Bottle. Gold, thin white head. Hop, citrus and bubblegum aroma. Quite light in mouth, with bit of alcohol burn, syrupy fruit and hop on the end. Bit over carbonated. Plain but ok and oh not very Christmassy

TBone (18665) - Pori, FINLAND - MAR 21, 2006
Bottled (BB 04/2007)
Clear golden color, white creamy head. Dry cardboard and peach in the aroma. Starts watery, carbonated, then butterscotch- even diacetyl kind of sweetness. Some alcohol in the finish, faint grassy hops. Dissapointing Christmas beer.
