Bottled (Verhaeghe Pils, 5.1%). Yellow colour, small white head. Very active carbonation. Sweet malty and hoppy aroma with some herbal notes. Flavour is malty and hoppy, more to the sweeter side. Some buttery hints. A bit "bulk" feeling over it...

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Comes simply as Verhaeghe Pils. Clear yellow beer with a white head. Lightly malty and sulphurous aroma. Medium-bodied, some pale malts, unclean, light flowery notes and a dry, bitter finish. 221108 harrisoni (18968) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - APR 8, 2006
Bottle. Golden, thin white head. Buttery pils with some boiled sweet flavour. Mostly awful. rlgk (18851) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - DEC 6, 2003
Golden with a white head. Comes with a strange chemical aroma thats also has some hops. Flavor reminds me a little too much about a "Stor stark." And thats not a good thing... yngwie (17101) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAR 29, 2009
Bottle, 25cl. It’s a clear, golden beer with a nice, finger thick white head. Pale malts, some peppery hops, a touch of green pinecones and some grass and resin in the aroma. The flavor is maybe a bit on the sweet side, with pale malt, grassy and piney hops and a fine bitterness. Medium body. There’s some maltyness in the finish, but a good bitterness dominates. Very tasteful, lovely hops, and easy to drink. (090228)
