Amber color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, citrus fruits, orange, light pine, and floral hops. Taste of citrus, light pine, some orange, grass, and a bitter hoppy finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy gold with a medium sized white head. Pretty citrus and pine. Simcoe and Cascade, two of my favorites and they’re quite nice on here. Just shy of medium bodied, nice sticky malt and hops. Long earthy grapefruit with a touch of candied citrus.

20080730 Tap at brewpub. Lots of c hops right off the bat and clear through to the finish. Simcoe in the flavor gives a nice tropical note. Good stuff for a brewpub IPA though it is no world beater.

Solid IPA here. Potent cascade hops in the aroma. Medium sweetness. Medium body. Long intense bitterness. Very nice.
