On tap at the brewpub.
Clear oinkish red pour, with no head. Aroma of well, duh, raspberries. But its quite fruity kn general, all sorts of berries, and quite a bit of funk. The description the in the bar also claims it’s aged in oak. That would explain the light hints of vanilla, and wood im getting also. The body is nice, but the carb is very low. The finish is like a boozy cranberry juice. Quite tart, with a lightly sweet finish, with a load of fruitiness. Nice stuff but some carbonation would have made it that much better. johnnnniee (4403) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - FEB 26, 2012
On tap at the source.
golden with a pink tinge to it and a thin off white head that sticks for a bit. Smells of raspberries mostly. Hints of sour and tart underneath, but this one is mostly raspberries. Taste is lightly tart with again lots of berries and a bit of sweet bready malt underneath. Medium body with a spirited level of carbonation and a sweet yet tart mouthfeel. I only got 3 oz of this and that was plenty. Nice if you like a little beer in your raspberry spritzer. burg326 (5593) - Florida, USA - FEB 22, 2012
On draft at brewery, pours a light red color, aromas of raspberries. Flavor is all rapberry syrup, not much carbonation for this beer, reminds me of a poormans version of lindermans frambroise. mansquito (6784) - Nueva York, New York, USA - DEC 28, 2011
Vermont Pub: Pours a reddish color without too much head. Aroma is mostly of raspberries. For a raspberry beer, this was pretty good. I was expecting more of Belgian twist, but I didn’t really get that. In any case, it was a kind of nice. Lots of raspberry flavor. It was also kind of sweet. Very fruity. Nice red pour, and smells nice, but a little too fruity for my taste. Almost a cider.

On draft at the brewery. Pinkish color with a light head. Raspberries come through nice. Refreshing, but not over the top. Travlr (25745) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 15, 2011
Draft the the brewpub. Hazy purple, large bubble edge head. Aroma of raspberry perfume. Taste is not sweet, but also not too sour. OK. alobar (3879) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 27, 2011
Pours a pinkish red color with no head. Aroma of raspberry is powerful and generally matches the flavor. Not much else beyond the raspberry other than a back ground of wood. LilBeerDoctor (4128) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 1, 2011
On tap at the brewpub. Pours red with a pink head. Aroma of raspberry fruit, very juice-like. Flavor of tangy sour raspberry (thankfully less juice-like than the aroma suggested). The palate is definitely on the weaker side though, I need a more robust malt backbone so there is less juice-like quality! A decent fruit beer overall.
