Draft. Cloudy gold body with a huge, pillowy off-white head, fully lasting. (Must have been the altitude.) Aroma of toasted grain, pine, citrus, resin, tropical fruit. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation. Light pine with a shot of tropical fruit and citrus in the finish.

Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain, husks), lightly hoppy (grass, herbs), with notes of celery, cat pee, butter, concrete. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter, unclean, husky. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Oof...this is kinda like mixing an old, faded IPA with a Russian swill lager. Absolutely terrible.

3fourths (9345) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - OCT 26, 2014
Woody, resinous, syrupy, honey-ish and sugary. Dirty aroma of circus peanut candies, dish rag. Under-attenuated and goopy, medium bodied with a lingering corn syrup flavor and texture. Lightly starchy with an ambient yeast dirtiness (dirt, paint, vitamins...).

Salmoniform (1272) - Sweet Home, Oregon, USA - JUN 5, 2014
Poured from tap to glass. Dark orange hue with creamy off white head. Aroma is orange, pine, ripe lime, tangerine, melon, caramel. Mouthfeel is fantastic with medium body and zesty carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness throughout with a fruity bitter following that extends through the finish. Overall this is a really nice IPA.

Brouwerij (959) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - NOV 18, 2012
On tap at Very Nice. Pours a hazy orange/copper with diminishing tan head, some lacing. Aroma is bitter, fruity and floral hops, hints of pine. Taste is nice and hoppy up front, then fades to a gentle sweetness provided by the honey. Moderate carbonation and medium body with a slightly oily finish. An interesting IPA.
