Sehr trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch säuerlich fruchtig, Karamell, Holz, rote Früchte. Geschmack sehr sauer, rote Früchte, Kraut, holzig, Karamell, interessant.

mcberko (19002) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 8, 2017
Bottle at Farmhouse Fest, pours a deep dark burgundy with a tiny head. Aroma brings out light pithy cherry skins, some balsamic and some wild yeast. Flavour is nicely vinegary, with tart cherries, some skins, and balsamic. Tart and acetic, but nicely constructed. Very good.

Dark cherry brown, rich deep acetic note, with a lot of cherry, and a lot of wood. Big, balanced, assertive.

Draught [As Brouwers Verzet Oud Bruin Fruit Infusion, ABV 7%, but sign said "with cherries" so assuming it’s this entry] @ Van Moll Brewpub. Hazy reddish color, small off-white head. Nice balanced aroma: a bit sourish, nice red fruit influence. Taste is very sour, sour unripe red fruits. Acidic sour and dry finish. Over the top sour imo. Too bad, if it was sour instead of acidic I probably would have like it quite a bit. This is too much though. For me anyway.
