Very nice Oud bruin for a beginning brewery. More acidic than Rodenbach, Bacchus or Petrus Oud Bruin, I wish these brewers all the best. Yves (3134) - Turnhout, BELGIUM - APR 29, 2012
Hazy brown cloured beer with small white head and no carbonation. Full sparkling palate. Finish is rather sour fruity ending dry. GT (10017) - San Diego, California, USA - APR 23, 2012
375mL thanks to Travlr. Pours muddy rouge with a larger, fizzing, beige head. Larger lace for style. Nose is red wine vinous with heavy mustiness and cobwebby funk. Some dried meat and thanksgiving holiday spices. Strange. Nice though. Taste is tangy, acetic heat, lots of citric acid and paper. Mouth watering. Longer, interesting finish with white wine vinegar. Not too bad.
