Very nice Oud bruin for a beginning brewery. More acidic than Rodenbach, Bacchus or Petrus Oud Bruin, I wish these brewers all the best.

Hazy brown cloured beer with small white head and no carbonation. Full sparkling palate. Finish is rather sour fruity ending dry.

375mL thanks to Travlr. Pours muddy rouge with a larger, fizzing, beige head. Larger lace for style. Nose is red wine vinous with heavy mustiness and cobwebby funk. Some dried meat and thanksgiving holiday spices. Strange. Nice though. Taste is tangy, acetic heat, lots of citric acid and paper. Mouth watering. Longer, interesting finish with white wine vinegar. Not too bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle @ VBPF’12.

Bottle. Murky brown color. Caramel, oak, apple and leather notes. Apple sour flavor. Hints of lemon and vinegar. Bretty notes. Totally dry. Great oud bruin.

From bottle, courtesy of Joes. Hazy opaque red color, no head. Smell sour, some warm cherries you sometimes get with Ice cream. Taste sour, unripe fruits. Pretty decent beer, very well balanced. Way better then expected. Medium to high carbo, but not offensive.
