Clear medium amber orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy tart, funky, grapes, wine, wood, oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, grapes, wine, dry, wood, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.

750 ml bottle, vintage 2015, shared by Werckmeister, many thanks! Pours a nearly clear copper with a quickly disappearing off-white head. Aroma of lightly sour berries, grapes, unripe gooseberries, apricot, tart fruits. Medium body with a heavy sourness. The flavor is pretty much overpowered by the sourness - sour berries, some citric fruits, some vinegar. I liked the smell but too much acidity for me.

Copper body, with a small, creamy, lacing, yellowish head.
Aroma of funk, vinegar, unripe and overripe fruits, leather, wood.
Tastes of dominant vinegar, sour unripe fruits, wood,
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes acidic, fruity, wooden, with lots of vinegar again, unripe fruits, subtle funk.
Nice one. I really like the nose, with lovely, organic funk notes. Taste is too acidic for me though, much too dominant vinegar notes for me. Overall not outstanding, could be more balanced, but still interesting.
