Hazy red brown. Fizzy beige head. Cheasy, slightly funky aroma. Flavour is sour, acidic. Some more of that cheasyness. Smooth and creamy beneath the sourness. Nice.

Znów czerwone wiśnie i lekkie nuty drewniane. Cudowne to jest, top flandersów jakie piłem!

MarcoDL (4808) - NETHERLANDS - JUN 19, 2016
Bottle. Red brown color. Aroma of tart red fruit, oak and some malt. Nice taste of oak, tart, cherry, ripe red fruit, mild vanilla and a dry tart finish. I love this style.

djkatt (56) - Aarhus, DENMARK - JUN 18, 2016
Draft @ Taphouse (25 cl snifter) Aromas of brett, malts and lactose. Acidic taste. Nothing out of the ordinary: classical Oud Bruin/Flanders Red Ale - but well made and recommendable.

Ungstrup (37231) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUN 17, 2016
Draft. Unclear brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lacto, brettanomyces, malt, and caramel. The flavor is acidic with notes of lacto, brettanomyces, caramel, and malt, leading to a very tart finish.

Bottle. Aroma is hay, funk, cherries, red fruits, hints of toffee and hazelnut. Deep red brown, small off white head. Light sweetness, medium sour, no bitterness, taste is red fruits, cherry, nice light tones of malt. Medium body, medium + carbonation, medium long sour and dry finish. Very nice!

Finn (7513) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUN 7, 2016
Flaske 375ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Drukket på Bergstua 2 Jun 16. Dyp brun. Lavt, litt farget skum. Beskjeden krydderaroma. Smaken syrlige plommer. Blir tørr etter hvert. Litt bunnfall. Gjennomgående surølpreg.

Beergaard (336) - Aarhus, DENMARK - MAY 25, 2016
Sweet, sour and very tempting. Notes of dried fruit and balsamic vinegar. Not the best in the category, but deffinately worth a try.

Cunningham (7850) - Halden, NORWAY - MAY 25, 2016
Unfortunately a bit to high carbonation. Otherwise a very good example for its style.
Clear amber color with a fine off white head. Ok lacing. Looks good. Nice and balanced intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a bit to rich carbonation. Good balance between sourness/acidity/sweetness. Oily texture. Oak, vinous, mild vinegar, toffee and fruity.
[Bottle (2013 edition) from Vinmnopolet Aker Brygge in Oslo, Norway]
