Draught at Ølsnedkeren Århus. Very citric aroma, creamy and cheesy, burns my nose a little. Hazy red brown colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is very acidic with a creamy note. Tastes of real cream to me. A acetic note, but mostly sharp vinegary acid. Has a mild cheesy note in the flavour as well. And some red wine barrel and/or Flanders red acidity. Powerful and good.

Aromat mocno winny, czuć też dębową beczkę i świeżą kwasowość w typie mlecznym. W smaku nadal winnie, lekko jogurtowo i mocno owocowo. Dalej wiśnie dominują, takie fajne wiśnie bez żadnej słodyczy. Można wyłapać też żurawinę i maliny, wszystko podane w wytrawny i cierpli sposób.

Bottle 37,5cl, an amber brown beer without head. Nose is on yellow fruits, sour and oak like notes. Aroma is on wet wood, lambic like, very sour, touch of diacetly, vinous, vinegar, white grapes. Finish is very sour and peppery like, very dry.

375. Thanks, J! Pours a cloudy dark brown with minimal head and lace. Big sweet oaky balsamic nose. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Tons of oak and balsamic on the mid palate. Solid and drinkable but a bit sweet and out of balance.
