Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and crispy. A little honey in the malts. Light spice. Light floral yeast. Ripe citrus and dried fruits. Light semi dry finish. Very Belgian.

mile (3947) - Helsinki, FINLAND - NOV 2, 2015
Bottle. Light golden, hazy, small to average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty - lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish - sweetish aroma, light caramel and floral fruitiness, light - some citrus hoppyness. Body is medium, malty - lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, light caramel and floral fruitiness, light citrus/grapefruit hoppyness, light alcohol. Finish is average, malty - faintly wheaty, and lightly sweetish, faint caramel and floral fruitiness, light - some citrus/grapefruit hoppyness, light - some alcohol. Too much alcohol in the finish considering the body. Could use more bitterness - not too sweet though (due to 8,5%).

kermis (13363) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - OCT 15, 2015
Bottle shared. Pours cloudy dull blond with a big short lived white head. Aroma of cardboard, peppery notes, spicy yeast and light fruit. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation. Not really an IPA, more like a not great saison.

deanso (10132) - Chiang Mai, THAILAND - OCT 15, 2015
33cl bottle courtesy of and shared and shared with Kermis. thin creamy white head. This tastes more like a saison than an IPA. As a saison it’s pretty good. As an IPA it’s crap

TBone (17530) - Pori, FINLAND - OCT 1, 2015
Bottle at SBWF2015. Hazy yellow color, good cloudy white head. Dish washing cleanser, lime, some yeast in the nose. Medium-bodied. Citrus, odd yeast and apricot. Messy for an ipa.

3.4
Maakun (5557) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - SEP 17, 2015
Bottle shared at home. Clear golden with huge white head. Lots of spicy yeast with white pepper, cloves and cardamom. Some dough, nettles, chicory, white bread. Belgian yeast is totally dominating this beer. Medium sweet and spicy bitter finish. Medium bodied with lots of carbonation. Nowhere near an IPA, not bad but more a standard Belgian strong blonde with some saison like spices.
