Clear medium to dark orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, fruity - candy hops. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, yeasty, hoppy, candy, sweet yeast - hops, spicy hops. sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120317]

Sugary white bread on the nose with notes of floral hops and Belgian yeast. Big sweet flavor with lots of sugary white bread, dough, white sugar, mild farty cabbage. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Warming finish with some sticky sugars, yeasty dough. Not excellent.
