On tap. Pours a clear pale amber with a creamy and lacing beige head. Very fresh tropical hop aroma. Medium body, a slight fruity sweetness and then again an amazingly fresh melange of tropical fruit accents - I bekieve I can detect a little Sorachi Ace or Nelson Sauvin in there. Ends dry. Very, very quaffable. 110512

Bottle. A clear, dark golden beer with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is on the hoppy side, leaving little room for the malts. Lots of green pine cones, some citrus peel and in the far back there’s a little touch of caramel. The flavor is pretty similar, green pine cones dominates, there’s some citrus peel too, and there’s some caramel-ish maltyness as a foundation. Medium body, decent carbonation. A quite pleasant one, but nothing more, it’s too one dimensional I think. 120622 Dedollewaitor (16360) - Odense, DENMARK - JUN 7, 2012
