COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With the Blonde Bomber American Blonde Ale, Eric created a beer thats beautiful to look at in a clear glass. Its blonde coloration (SRM 3-5) and satisfying mouth feel are backed by a light hop aroma and a medium dry to somewhat sweet taste depending on the food accompaniment. Like The Veteran, The Blonde Bomber is an easy-to-drink session beer with 5.0% alcohol by volume, a true craft beer created for drinkers that love a beer with a gentle flavor profile and a pleasing texture. Its small, primrose-colored bubbles communicate the true nature of the beer both in the glass and on the palate.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 5/24/2016. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of wheat, cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, light pepper, light lemon/pear/apple, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and light earthy hops/yeast ester notes; with solid strength. Taste of wheat, cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, light pepper, light lemon/pear/apple, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Light earthy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of wheat, cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light earthy hops/yeast ester flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Minimal dryness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and fairly creamy/grainy mouthfeel that is good. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a good blonde ale. All around good robustness and balance of pale malt and light earthy hops/yeast ester flavors; very smooth and easy to drink. Was hoping for a bit more hop presence, but it is a good style example otherwise. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Foggy honey gold. Clingy white, filmy head. Slightly sour, yeasty, maybe a little toasty aroma. Biscuity, dry, lightly bittered. Goes flat, a little vacant in the middle. Lightish body. Lingering, wheaty bitter aftertaste. St George Island Brewfest with LuckyDog.

bottle - Pours clear yellow-gold with a small, white head. It smells of grainy malt. It tastes of grainy, bready malt with some mild hops bitterness. Its mostly bland with a certain harshness to the taste that I cant quite place. Not good.

From bottle. Pours a clear golden hue with a fading head. Aroma is some pear esters, biscuity, bready malts and somewhat soapy. Taste is a mild and nothing really sticks out. Very bland and short finish. Will never buy again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sampled at Northgate Tasting. A bit maltier than their lager, but still pretty safe, average, and run of the mill.

12 oz. bottle from Party Time Liquor in Spearfish. Appearance: 1 finger white head, clear straw yellow, head does not last. Aroma: biscuits, rice, floral, light grassy. Palate: light body, average carbonation, sticky texture. Taste: light sweet wheat, and malt, into a very faint bitter. Overall, very drinkable and refreshing, but not a very amazing beer aside from that.

Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear, dark yellow with minimal head. Aroma is slightly twangy with a little citrus. Loads of grains and a bit of malt. Taste is light bitter and follows aroma. A little more citrus here. Light bodied with a slightly creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, not bad. Nothing too crazy or extreme, but drinkable.
