En klassisk pilsner fra et mikrobryggeri. Den har mere smag og dybde fra malten.

NosirIwont (2697) - Husum, DENMARK - SEP 2, 2016
Bottle. 4.6%. Best before 03.11.16. Pours a clear golden with an off-white/yellowish head. Good lacing. Sweetish, hoppy aroma; light apple note, grainy hint. Malt and a light biscuit note as it warms, followed by fruit. Flavour is hops and malt, with a light apple note. Fruity as it warms. Somewhat metallic finish, a bit tart, with a lingering bitterness and notes of malt, light liquorice, apple and grass. Grainy hint as it warms. Overall okay, but a bit unbalanced. 02.09.16.

The aroma is full of hops, malt, caramel and metallic notes are detected. The color is golden with a minimal, white and frothy head. The taste is full of hops, caramel and citrus. Not impressing at all.

Bottle split two ways. Clear golden pour with a generous head. Notes of sweet malts, sticky sweet. herbs, grassy and some cooked vegetables.

DraftDodger (1901) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 20, 2016
Copenhagen 20/2 2016. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen (kept close to the biodynamic vegetables). Streetsign with the name of the beer ("Peerless") on the label. Pours clear amber with white head. Settles as thin layer of foam. Aroma of sweet malts with a bitter touch from the hops. More sour than sweet. Soft carbonation and watery palate. Flavour is subdued malty sweetness followed by more pronounced bitterness. Bitterness is lingering in the aftertaste. "Peerless" is taking it a bit far. But it reminds me of a standard Czech pilsner. Refreshing with nice bitterness but it does not get you overexcited.

Dedollewaitor (16675) - Odense, DENMARK - DEC 26, 2014
Bottle. Thanks to Hans Bach. Pours dark golden with a creamy white head. Caramel, grain and grass. Decent hoppy bitterness. A bit rough perhaps.. Ok

Golden color with a white head, good retention. Aroma has notes of bread with a good presence of malts. Flavor is mild sweet, buttery hints, bready notes and some cookies as well. The final is light sweet with a slightly bitterness in the aftertaste.
