Bottled. Hazy red brown color. Yeasty and fruity aroma. Light fruity and malty flavour with some unclean and unpleasant sourness. yespr (45412) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - DEC 14, 2007
50 cL bottle. Pours hazy amber and with a dense light brown head. Slight fruity aroma and with a solid level of brittish aroma hops, slight spiced. Flavour is slight smoked, caramel malt and with a slight acidity. Ends slight acidic, infection? Ungstrup (37561) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 9, 2006
A hazy dark amber beer with a bubbly orange head. The aroma is dusty, malty, and grainy with a light touch of alcohol - I find the aroma boring. The flavor is acidic malty with notes of straw and fruit. I wonder where the acidity comes from - a brewing flaw? remove the acidityand make it sweeter, like I like the style, and You have a decent beer. joergen (28106) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 13, 2006
Hazy brown coloured with an off white ehad.
Aroma of malts, caramel and fruits with light acidic notes.
Light acidic flavour of caramel. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - AUG 31, 2013
Bottled (backlog, bought during my cartrip to Jylland). Nutbrown colour with some amber hints, mediumsized creamy off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some leathery notes along with mild toasted things. Flavour has a similar base, but also there’s some ripe fruits, mild toffee, toasted nuts and a bit resiny notes. Alcohol is well hidden.

Bottled. Clear mahogany colour, minimal head. Syrupy, lightly woody nose. Sweet with caramel and molasses. Medium bodied with hard mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Simplistic and rough. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 1, 2006
UPDATED: SEP 16, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) Clear, amber golden with an off-white head. Fresh and fruity nose with lightly nutty accents. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, some roasted malt notes, nuts and a lightly ashy edge. The finish is dry. More of a Brown Ale really. 150907

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy, orangey brown with a small, off-white head. Slightly tart, malty aroma. Fairly full-bodied, with roasted malts and a vague, underlying burned edge. I wonder if the underlying tartness is fully intentional. Ends rather dry. Unbalanced and unclean - and clearly a virgin brew from this new brewhouse. Love the idea of a Scottish Ale, it just needs a lot of work. 5/2/4/2/10=2.3 290806
Clear reddish brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, a little roasted malt and caramel. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 270811 rlgk (18850) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 2, 2008
(EBF 2008) Amber color, small head. Somewhat smoky aroma, dry hoppy. Hoppy sourish flavor, fruity and with a sourish finish. saxo (18299) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - AUG 29, 2007
Bottle. Nice big head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma is sour with caramel and malt. Taste is likewise.
