Thanks to Solan for sharing at CCB. Pours a deep dark brownish- near black with a thinning head. Aroma is fruity with raisins and figs, some chocolate, and roasty with licorice and herbal notes. Bottle… Pre-C&P’sLYFO Throwdown… Clear, very dark brew with a small, creamy, khaki head. The aroma is hearty, charred and fruity, offering notes of berries, chocolate and espresso. Medium-bodied with gentle carbonation. The flavor is nutty and chocolaty. Moderately sweet and acidic with low bitterness. Sweet, tangy, chocolaty finish.
