500. Thanks, Thewolf! Black. Thick, dense, and creamy tan head with medium lace. Nose is a perfect blend of chocolate and smoke. Creamy medium body with chocolate, campfire, and chalk on the mid-palate. Mild finish. Beautifully balanced and harmonious. omhper (24977) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 13, 2007
Bottled. Really black, beige head. Evident coffeea roma. Medium sweet with fairly soft mouthfeel and solid body. Very roasty with notes of soil and tobacco. Salty finish with lingering bitterness. Mildly flavourful and very pleasant. After having tasted three other beers from Viborg I’m almost shocked how good this is! thewolf (12535) - Kolding, DENMARK - SEP 17, 2007
Bottle from the brewery, shared with Skortila and Caesar in Nijmegen. Pours almost black with a medium creamy beige head. Aroma is roasted, coffe and a little yeast. Prickles lightly in my nose. Medium carbonation, making the beer seem fresh and alive. Flavour is great - chocolate, liqourice, some berries. Long lasting aftertaste. Finally Viborg shows that they are genuinely capable! blutt59 (6562) - Dallas, Texas, USA - DEC 11, 2009

Bottle thanks to Bu11zeye. Pours a great looking dark brown/black with tan head. Aroma of some nice chocolate, dark roasted grain, malt, faint smoke. This is very tasty, same as the aroma I described. Mouth feel is medium body with medium high carbonation. Overall, a very tasty beer!

Dark red-brown colour with frothy head. Freshly baked malts, along with toast in aroma. Light toasty flavour, yet light on it’s feet.
