Bottle 75cl. Semi clear golden with a huge head leaving lots of lacings. Aroma is gentle fruity esters, citrus, yeast, hay. Taste is alight citrus paired with bready malt, yeastiness, a bitter tone kicks in leaving room for a dry, grassy, slight mineral and slight alcoholic finish. Medium to big body, medium carbo, fairly round, oily texture.

Pouring in straw to gold with some haze and a firm white head. Nose is fresh with almost citric notes and rich aroma. Taste is initially malty but grows with herbs and a little spiciness and of course some yeast. Palate is with slight bitterness and the rich taste is confirmed.

Pours with a three finger white head that fades slowly to a thin layer leaving a good lace. Hazy amber color, with some floaties. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Belgian yeast nose and flavor is fruity, slightly sweet and smooth. Higher ABV is hidden. $8.45 for a 330ml bottle at Berts Better Beers Hooksett, NH

The beer looks very tasty, but it is way too sweet in my opinion. The sweetness makes the beer very heavy. Its not a terrible beer, but I wouldnt recommend it.

Kindly shared by Jaghana. Nez fruit (citron agrumes), alcool, note de levures. Gout fruit agrumes (vieux citron et orange) avec levures, pices et houblon avec notes aigres et alcool. Pas trop a mon gout, proche dune saison que jaime pas.

Bottle 33cl, a clear golden beer with good head. Nose is low on orange and alcohol. Aroma is medium malty, grassy hops, medium bitterness, dry feeling but with sugar and candy notes, light toasted malt notes that came from the hops I guess, some metallic hints, some honey touch, quite strong, ok.

Stubby bottle, 330mL, poured carefully. Nose sweet and malty, pils with light herbal/grass, but also candy and a touch of vanilla. Pours rich golden closer to orange, frothy just-white head. Taste has classic tripel graininess, clean pils with faint yeast spiciness, mild noble hops, some mild alcohol showing, sweet golden malt but sill digestible. Honey and vanilla luxuriate. Full body super creamy and smooth, thick without heft. Doesnt scream complexity but has good depth and delicious repeatability despite the hidden size; also much rounder and less sharp than many tripels, and not tangy at all - absolutely one of my favorites. Phenols just an accent here, and the pear/banana esters are mild. Sort of a stepped-up, bold golden, and highly recommended. [2015.11.13: 4.4]
