Nice and light on tap. Nice and light light light blah de blah*****************************************^^^ AAEA (266) - California, USA - JUL 26, 2014
750ml ($12.95) An extremely smooth abbey triple. The taste is comparable to most other high end abbey ales. a very well balanced beer and has little to no sediment. Fairly uncommon to find in the states so if you spot it try it out. I would buy again. corkyrory66 (2163) - BELGIUM - MAY 29, 2013
Hotbeerboy (25) - - SEP 18, 2011
One off the better go drinking trippels in Belgium where you can say give me another one !!! Could for me more hopped, maybe they must do a Vicaris Trippel dry hops editions !!!! hdevo (1) - BELGIUM - MAR 19, 2006 does not count
Surprisingly light to drink, if properly lagered quite clear, yellow - golden colour. Requires perfecly clean pints or else tastes like Leffe but even then keeps its a great apetizer. Very natural, didn’t experience any coriander.

UPDATED: MAY 6, 2010 Very cloudy dark yellow to beige colour. Thick creamy head with very fine bubbles. A lot of fine gasbubbles. Sweet malty scent, hints of citrus and pineapple. Warm full taste, some alcoholsweetness, hints of pineapple, with a very nice bitter taste. Dry bitter aftertaste, very pleasant! ganache (6031) - New Jersey, USA - NOV 13, 2015
Stubby bottle, 330mL, poured carefully. Nose sweet and malty, pils with light herbal/grass, but also candy and a touch of vanilla. Pours rich golden closer to orange, frothy just-white head. Taste has classic tripel graininess, clean pils with faint yeast spiciness, mild noble hops, some mild alcohol showing, sweet golden malt but sill digestible. Honey and vanilla luxuriate. Full body super creamy and smooth, thick without heft. Doesn’t scream complexity but has good depth and delicious repeatability despite the hidden size; also much rounder and less sharp than many tripels, and not tangy at all - absolutely one of my favorites. Phenols just an accent here, and the pear/banana esters are mild. Sort of a stepped-up, bold golden, and highly recommended. Slight explosion as soon as top cracked, but not too extreme. Nice hazy golden honey coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall just off-white head with a zillion small bubbles rising from the bottom. Aroma of sour gueuze, light brett, wheat, coriander seed, yeast, alcohol, grass, hay and a bit of sweet apples and pears - very nice and complex smells. Medium to Full-bodied; Assertive effervescence with a very nice sour quality up front that fades fast to coriander seed, curacao, honey, grass, wheat and a lot of yeast...all with a nice dry finish. Aftertaste is very complex with the yeast and wheat hitting hardest, but some coriander seed freshness coupled with some light sweetness from fruit and the constant effervescence shows some sour and brett flavours from the yeast. Overall, a very nice and incredibly complex beer that shows a ton of flavours ranging the gamut and a nice texture with carbonation makes it even more exciting. I sampled this stubby 33 cL bottle purchased from Beer Mania in Bruxelles, Belgium on 30-June-2012 for €3,99 sampled at home in Washington exactly a week after returning from Belgium again on 26-January-2015. rondphoto (4489) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - JAN 27, 2015
bottle @ Party Source / Bellevue KY --- Slightly hazy dirty light amber color, 3" rocky white head that is slow to drop, bubbly streaks of lace. Aroma of malt, bread, and coriander. Taste is yeasty malt that grows into the palate, becoming spicy while adding biscuit and hay. Just a little bittering is all that is needed to balance. This is an attractive looking, very well-balanced, and tasty Tripel, not overwhelming or loaded with alcohol. High recommendations. Sissio (1722) - Orsenigo, ITALY - SEP 26, 2016
