COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Exhibiting a deep, chestnut color and malty aroma All Malt Dark Lager is a very inviting beer. Mildly malty, with little lingering sweetness to note, Dark Lager is surprisingly refreshing. This is beer as it was meant to be, firm and satisfying. Seasonal specialty available January - April on draft.

Tap at Barcade. Glad to see this. Pours yellow with a bright white ring. Light slightly malty nose. Taste is sweet, malty rich and amazingly drinkable.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a softly carbonated transparent caramel brown colored body. The mild aroma was nutty. The crisp and clean mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mellow caramel hop aftertaste. The good flavor contained notes of wood nutty and caramel. A wonderful best in class brew.

Just put on the tap yesterday. Well, it is a great lager, if that is your style of beer. Initially, it is a bit weak, but the flavor kicks in quickly. The malts are light, but refreshing.

Poured a deep dark amber color with a small tan head and a little lacing. Roasted, toasted, biscuity malt aroma. Sweet and malty, some bitterness and light roast in the taste. Overall, a nice dunkel.

Dark copper, light brown head diminishing. Smells toffee, tangerines, coffee roast, subdued spiciness. Tasty gooey caramel malts bouyed by nice carbonation, clean, spicy finish. Clean, crisp, malty. Very drinkable. Too sweet to be a dunkel, though. Malt profile more like a Vienna. Very nice.

Finally a dunkel I love.Deep authentic bavarian notes abound. As my glass has sat finished for about five minutes. It smells like a really good salty pretzel.

De richlikebeer. Brun acajou, moyen collet. Arome de noix, un peu de malte. Goût malte très légé, un peu sucré mais bien.

Tap. Beautiful deep-dark honey color with orange and brown tones over the ruby and golden, and a clingy lacing beige head. Nose with a good helping of Munich, some earth and dark caramel and surprisingly competent nuts. Dry, lightly bitter, a touch of tang, but thank goodness it’s not a cloying mess - a very repeatable Dunkel is hard to find stateside. Nuts with a woody-spciy finish. Light body with faint fruity esters, some brown sugar, fizzy tight little bundles of carbonation. The malt relatively complex and has a great feel.

Pours clear dark brown. Aroma of caramel and sweet malt. Flavor is sweet malt and caramel. Clean finishing malt bomb.
