Bach party, draft. It’s really astounding how many lighter ales and lagers Victory had on tap. Blonde ale, vienna, 3 or 4 pils, etc. But they were all good, and this was no exception. WISEGUY572 (1377) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 12, 2008
My reaction to most lagers is to say, "only a lager" and that’s almost true of this one. Yes, a Vienna malt looks a little better, with a rich dark copper tone, and tastes a little better, with more caramel and nutty overtones. Still just a lager, but a good one, with nice floral notes up front and a touch of bitterness in the finish. gcare02 (2) - , Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 21, 2008 does not count
Not too much my style, but this was a pretty good vienna style lager. Nice copper appearance with a nice lager bitter finish. TomDecapolis (4618) - Milton, Delaware, USA - MAY 9, 2008
On tap at Victory. Pours a translucent amber with a medium creamy off white head. Aroma of caramel, biscuit and mixed nuts. Flavor of caramel, nuts, light citrus and biscuit. Very malty...lots of caramel. DocLock (10970) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 19, 2008
Draft at Victory. Poured clear coppery with off-white head. Nose has caramel malt, mild nuts, brown sugar, some earthy and floral notes. Tastes caramel malty up front, with emerging walnut, brown sugar, hop, and some earthy peaty notes. Not terribly complex, with a medium to light palate heft.

On tap at the Victory Brew Pub. Poured a medium amber color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of floral. caramel, and a little doughy. Tastes of toasted malts, caramel, and citrus. keepersj12 (3137) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - MAR 3, 2009
For the style, this is pretty good. Not a lot of aroma, mostly bread, yeast, malt. Flavor is malty sweetness. A bit thin. Pretty good though. egajdzis (6692) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 7, 2008
UPDATED: AUG 30, 2008 Poured an amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malts, light butterscotch, toasted dough, and nuts. Taste of much of the same, with earthy yeast, toasted malts, and a bit of citrus in the finish. jeff789 (1408) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 12, 2009
Clear amber color, nice standard looking vienna... Sweet bready aroma... Malty, slightly sweet a bit dry, a very nice vienna lager... I definitely prefer this to the V lager that is bottled... joeymacaroni (309) - Wagontown, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 21, 2008
draft at Victory: dark red color with a warm peachy aroma. heavy maltiness with flavors of caramel and bubblegum, but also some light floral and peach/nectarine flavors. long, floral finish. not exactly my cup of tea, but i think my wife liked it.
