COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Celebration Stout is our first commertial brew. Once tasted magnificent oatmeal stouts from Samuel Smith’s and Young’s, our brew master decided to create something in this area. Original recipe was firstly created at our experimental mini-brewery and formed the basis of the beer. Big percentage of special malts, unmalted roasted barley and oatmeal flakes in combination with striking dose of aroma hops make this beer extremely deep. Despite of relatively high gravity and creamy viscous taste, this beer is very drinkable, with nice notes of chocolate in aftertaste.
Celebration Stout was awarded with a golden medal at XVIII International Professional Conest "Beer of the Year 2013" organized by All-Russian Research Institute of Beer, Softdrinks and Wine Industry of Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences and The Union of Russian Brewers at November 2013.
At the contest "Brewer’s Pride" as a part of the First All-Russian Conference of Independent Brewers and SoftDrink Producers "Independent Brewing, Cider- and Mead- Making of Russia" organized by National Union of Beer and Drink Producers at March 2014 our Celebration Stout took golden medal.
Did we reach the level of Samuel Smith? It’s up to you, drink our stout!

Thank you tderoeck! Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ VCBF 2017. Oily black. Nose is dull poor herbal chocolate, bland low ABV thin stout. Taste is poor thin fizzy chocolate, grainy, very stale, bark, grainy, umami, herbs. Thin, fizzy, low grainy, cheap chocolate. Should be better at this ABV, it feels too thin, poor herbal chocolate tasting.

On tap at Vrteška, the last beer to come on tap during the festival really, as day two was coming to a closure, and they logically didn’t want to open any new kegs just to pour a liter or two max... Anyway, this poured an almost black body, very dark brown, with a tan thick head. Light dried fruit aroma, jam, strong maltiness. Watery malty taste, dried fruit, somewhat creamy, very light bitterness. This is okay enough, but not more than that.
