Thank you tderoeck! Sampled draft @ VCBF 2017. Oily black with no head. Nose is weird sweet plastic candy, sugar, sweet, spoiled lactose. Taste is unpleasant plastic, sugar, chemical, off condensed milk, herbal, gravy, overly boozy, painfully chemical tasting. Sugar, plastic, syrup. Quite a mess with plenty of unpleasant notes, definitely didn’t taste like Tiramisu for me, quite a mess.

UPDATED: JUN 11, 2017 @VCBF2017. Sweet chocolate cookie nose. Lovely. Complex flavor but both the body and finish do not live up to expectations.

On tap at VCBF17, Belgium. Nose is mocha. Body is black, head is small, brownish, creamy, fully diminishing, no lacing. Aroma is chocolate, mild coffee, floral, dried fruits, whipped cream. Medium sweet, medium to heavy bitter, hint of fruity sour. Finish is long lasting chocolate coffee roasty medium bitter, light fruity sour, hint of alcohol flavor. Full body, oily sticky texture, flat carbonation. Bit heavy, perfect dessert beer, very tasty, great one.

From tap at VCBF; pours dark black with a brown, creamy head. Aroma: coffee, cookies, chocolate. Taste follows the aroma, slightly sweet, light bitter, very rich and complex, a bit alcoholic. Medium body, slightly thick consistence, low carbonation. Sweet finish. Very nice!

Mooi zwart bier met mokkakleurige schuimkraag. Koffie, beetje caramel, noten. Mooie lange licht zoetige afdronk. En dan kom de tiramisu om de hoek kijken. Subliem.
