Удивительно, что мы так долго держались и не сварили этот сорт раньше. И вот, наконец, готовы представить Вашему вниманию нашу версию весьма популярного рецепта молочного стаута. Мы очень уважаем и чтим британские традиции, а этот сорт рожден в начале 19 века и именно в Туманном Альбионе. История этого сорта весьма интересна и мы не можем пройти мимо, не упомянув, что из-за содержания лактозы молочные стауты активно пропагандировались в целебных целях и рекомендовались даже кормящим матерям. Мы же рекомендуем Вам наш стаут с острыми крылышками, ребрышками барбекю, сыром чеддер, мороженным и шоколадным пирогом!

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Max. Brown with brownish head. The aroma has lots of vanilla, marshmallow, cocoa (like Shokolit), and chocolate. Sweetish and bitterish flavor with notes of cocoa, vanilla, roasted, some fruitiness and citrus. Watery, dry, medium-bodied.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Max. Hazy amber brown. Smell of vanilla, brown sugar and honey. Sweetish, vanilla, milk chocolate, cocoa powder, spices, nuts. Medium-bodied, dry. Decent, though a bit too much vanilla.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Max. Brown. Big artificial vanilla aroma with some chocolate. Sweetish flavor with a bit of roast, yeast, some vanilla extract, sourish milky hint, a bit of fruitiness, a bit of chocolate, vegetal note. Medium-bodied.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max' place. Thanks Max. Hazy dark brown.Cocoa, sweet and sugary aroma with some ink and chocolate milk. Sweet taste of chocolate milk, vanilla and some nuts. Too light body, long chocolate milk finish and milk fizz.
