From tap at City Tap House. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma is herbal, toasted malty and breadish. Breadish, light butterish and herbal. Bitter and dry malty finish. blipp (9590) - La Mesa, California, USA - AUG 20, 2013
Draft. Pours golden amber with a white head. Sweet toffee malts, grainy, light flowery hops, and a light lingering generic bitterness. Pretty nondescript. jredmond (8508) - New York, New York, USA - AUG 11, 2013
Draft at Rattle with Ben. Pours a bright hazy reddish orange body with thin white lacing. Aroma is light grain, corn and maybe some citrus. Mouthfeel is super watery - really don’t like how this one feels; with again of dry citrus fruits, grain, malt and corn. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - OCT 2, 2013
Draft at coles, copper pour, fruity nose, fruity and floral bitterness in the flavor. Medium mouthfeel. Decent, nice for the style egajdzis (6692) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 7, 2013
Golden amber color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus fruits, floral, toast, pils malt, and light caramel. Taste of citrus, grass, light pine, light caramel, toast, butter, and a lightly bitter, hop finish.

Draft from JC’s. Pours transparent deep orange with lovely copper low-lights and a soapy beige head. Nose pleasantly of caramel and crystal malt and balanced hops, orange peel with lighter floral and spicy notes. There’s a nice English character to the nose but it’s also clear this is half-American. Taste is very dry with medium bitterness, light body, caramel and a little earthy toffee, some crystal coming through but it’s minimal, the hops are soapy, mild citrus and a little noble spice. Hints of wood and grass, but they’re only hints. Very nice cleansing hops but the character becomes a little bland with volume. Still, a great session ale and quasi-English -- easy to down five or six. cheap (6006) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 6, 2013
On tap at the bocktown, nice place. Slight brownish colored pale ale. Nice thick creamy head. Clean beery aroma. Barely any co2 in there like most bitters but its presence is well accepted. Taste is refreshing and easy. Well behaved. More civilized than expected. Better than the average bitter I’ve tasted by far. Nice lacing, yes, goes down easy. Easy and quite civilized, not bad vickie. This is the best of the beers I tasted during this session. jbruner (5121) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - JUN 27, 2013
Pours a clear golden orange on tap with thin off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma is British sweet malts, orange, and caramel. Taste follows, more malty up front, bready, then falls into orange. Not bad, interesting. emacgee (4704) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - AUG 23, 2013
Pour is soft and slightly hazy, amber hued gold. Nose is just awful, smell like an infection. Medicinal and phenolic.... band aids and rotting citrus. Tastes like rotten citrus and peanut butter. Just terrible. callmemickey (4561) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 8, 2014
Hazy orange colored body, medium sized white head, spotty lacing. Soft orange zest, grass, grainy cereals, and light toffee. Medium bodied, light bitterness, moderate sweetness.
