Pale copper colour with white foam. Nose of hops, grains, caramel. Palate is smooth, too carbonated in my opinion. Fruity, spicy and hoppy taste. Simple. cpetrone84 (1810) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 27, 2011
CBC Beer had on a tap at the pub in the spring of 11. Pours a completely transparent golden yellow with thinner white head. A little sweet in the nose, lots of honey, yeast is there too with some peppery spice and floral hops. The taste also has lots of honey and sugar, overly sweet with a light spice that isn’t enough to balanced. Some traditional banana and lemon notes with a faint hop presence and light lingering bitterness. Creamy feel, medium body, syrupy texture. Average at best. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - NOV 11, 2011

Translucent tan, thinnest white ring. Heavy pepper, dusty wheat and lemon, honey and light bitterness in the finish but present nowhere else. Nicely dry but I’d actually prefer a bit more sweetness, yeast, and a bit more spice. GT (10002) - San Diego, California, USA - APR 18, 2011
Tap at ChurchKey. The pour is a clear yellow to gold with a very scant white head. Aroma is vinegar, apple, chemical, metals. Taste is malty, candi sugar, vinegar, metals, fairly bitter, oatmeal malt. Pretty poor overall though I suspect the tap lines are getting a little messed up at ChurchKey after 3-4 beers that were very less than stellar. Need to retry if possible.
