Brewvival Trip Beer 101. Pours a clear copper color with a thin frothy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of herbal and spicy hops, caramel and toast. The taste is spicy and herbal hops, caramel malts. Medium bodied. DocLock (10745) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 23, 2008
Draft at Victory. Pours dark straw with nose of hopcitrus, some grainy malt, spices. Tastes mildly hoppy, orange zesty, with cereally malt, and mild spiciness, and a medium to light palate that loses aroma and flavor notes as it warms. This one is not bad, but not great either. Tap at Barcade. Amber gold colour. Lightly malty aroma topped by a kiss of grapefruity cascadey hops. Fairly clean with a touch of soft fruitiness. A bit of light cascadey hop flavour. Good balance, pretty solid brew. PhillyCraft (7417) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 14, 2013
Tap at PH. light hazy copper in color with thin head and lacing. Notes were english like, grains, oats, caramel, brown ale, leather and light hops. Palate was light to medium with somewhat bland notes. Pint went fast but I didnt enjoy it. egajdzis (6626) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 30, 2008
Poured a clear amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of nuts, metal, caramel, and some toasted malts. Taste of toasty dough, caramel malts, grains, some nuts, with light fruitiness, and low bitterness in the finish.

Growler from JC’s, pours deep golden with strong orange highlights and an off-white head. Nose fresh with American hops, some orange peel leading the citrus. In the mouth, lightly bitter and moderately dry, has a gorgeous yeasty-bready finish and aftertaste, hops are suddenly muted and the citrus takes a dive underneath the lightly caramelous malt. Touches of nut, earth. Medium-full body, smooth and clean lagery character with pleasant bitterness, very mild spice, quenching. cheap (5915) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 23, 2013
On tasp at the bocktown. Not much aroma, just a clean olfactory. Thin swampy head. Typical color, but just slightly darker than a pale ale. First taste is a little like old rope and leather. taste is just a tad bitter. But it never cpmes acorss as over the top. Not bad, has manners. Better than expected. Finish lingers a little more than I like, but over all its ok. michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 8, 2008
Draught at TDR Ex.: Aroma of malts, grains and fruity hops. Poured amber with a hint of gold in color and a creamy, rocky, white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Not sparkling. Small lacing. Flavor was light to medium sweet and medium bitter. Tastes of malts, rye, pretzel, grains, and bitter hops. Medium body. Lightly sticky texture. Average carbonation. Malty, medium-dry finish. On tap at Victory. Pours a translucent golden amber with a creamy off white head that left some lacing. Aroma...I really didn’t get a whole lot. Some grains, light caramel and citrus. Flavor was much of the same. REally not much going on. An enjoyable beer...just nothing special. reggiedunlop (3725) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 18, 2013
